
Depending on the size of your project, we will determine the best strategy for implementation and Go Live. Typically a phased implementation allows for the gradual transition of personnel at all levels. Each phase will involve a different product or group of products and will include installation, training and Go Live support. SMART will work with the agency to develop milestone due dates in accordance with agreed upon schedules.
Weekly progress reports will be provided to the agency; which include project schedule status, progress toward deliverables, risks detected and mitigation plan for these risks and other relevant information. The project manager, trainers and members of the technical team will remain onsite through each phase of the Go Live. Our team will work through each shift, sitting with your end-users and administrative personnel.
