Investigative Case Management Investigators and detectives can easily group, track and log case file information with SMART’s Investigative Case Management module.  Multiple persons, reports, images, voice files, and video files can be grouped, tracked and linked to the case file. Case Presentation When detectives have completed the case file they are able to use our unique and easy to use Case Presentation system.  Agents can utilize a drag and drop interface to link that data to create a comprehensive Electronic Investigative Report – all without redundant data entry.  After the report is approved, it can be exported and sent electronically to the prosecutor. Real Time Alert Our Real Time Alert will notify interested parties via e-mail or text message if relevant information is accessed in the database, such as a name, address, vehicle, etc. instantly linking cases and reducing hours of searching to connect evidence with cases. Crime Scene Analysis Our Crime Scene Analysis module includes drawing tools to layout a crime scene and track specific information related to the crime scene.  This information can then be transferred seamlessly to SMART’s Intelligence, Evidence, and Incident Report modules. Intelligence Investigators and Detectives can easily and securely track, report and exchange intelligence information.  This module integrates directly with our Master Name Index, RMS, Jail and Civil Process modules.
