Forms Easily create the forms you need with S*CIVIL, including a process server’s worksheet, return of service, billing statement, garnishment interrogatories and Sheriff sale forms.
Bookkeeping With the ability to set fee guidelines, manage disbursements, payments and vendors, S*CIVIL allows for easy bookkeeping. Streamline the process even further with the optional QuickBooks interface.
Reports Configure your own reports using S*CIVIL’s flexible parameters including the ability to determine numbers of processes grouped by type, date, disposition and officer serving. Bookkeeping reports are also included for deposits and account balancing
Robust Search Capabilities include a large number of sortable fields including case numbers, court numbers, all parties involved, type of process and date received with a range.
Flexibility Dozens of user preferences allow the system to be adjusted to fit the needs of the agency. Many fields contain user-defined pick lists with parameters to decide how the field will be treated by the software.
