SMART includes a training program tailored specifically to your agency and your personnel.  Training is typically held onsite and can be either end-user training or in a “train the trainer” type format.  Regardless of the type of training you select, our trainers will tailor the training to each particular user group, whether system administrators, IT, end-users, administration or others.

Because our trainers come from a public safety background, they can easily communicate the functionality of the software to your trainers or end-users in a language they understand.  SMART employs a hands-on, scenario-based training methodology and supplies.
