Mark DeGroote has been with SMART since 2004. Mark is responsible for the complete development lifecycle of SMART’s line of public safety software. Mark’s project management responsibilities include system design, code review, testing and user documentation. Mark also has corporate responsibilities for strategic technical planning, systems deployment, new technology analysis, and customer support. Mark’s education includes both computer science and marketing research, giving him a unique outlook to thoroughly understand customers’ needs, and then to design effective solutions.
