Ben Metz has been with SMART since 2002. Ben is responsible for developing and managing products and services which are highly valued by law enforcement agencies small and large. Ben has been the creative force behind the evolution of our product line. He has a strong software development background and his technical skills make him unique in his management role. He oversees our system design and architecture as well as our development schedules. He spends a majority of his time on site with customers working closely with investigators, patrol, dispatchers, records clerks, jailors, and command staff. Ben then works closely with the development team to create the products that will provide the law enforcement community with highly usable cutting edge technology.
